Ali Bin, once again this is an excellent observation that needs to be followed up with scientific research. How can we move this forward off the drawing board and onto real life events that may be shaping our changing climate more than we ever thought.

Here's and example: There's regions throughout the subarctic, where the largest now former rivers ,turned now into Reservoirs from Siberia to Labrador experience huge amounts of water vapor in winter from warmer reservoir waters drawn into Penstocks well below the ice condition on the surface . Here water is 40F or greater then discharged from hydro turbines rising into the severely cold winter atmosphere there. Condensation abounds.

With our wind direction research in Northern Quebec, Can the winter time winds that blow from southwest to Northeast be carrying that warmer water vapor right into the southern end of Greenland? It appears according to weather station data on the southern end of Greenland since 1998 warmer and wetter weather data has been recorded every year. These dams and water vapor has been going on northern Quebec there now for almost 60 years
